“Confirm your account to request a review”?!!
Some times, you will find Instagram deactivate your account because the algorithm suspected that you did some actions that violated the terms and conditions of Instagram.

When you try to follow the on screen instructions to submit the appeal form, you will find an error message “Confirm Your Account to Request a Review”.

This make you more crazy, how i need to confirm ?!! i am your clints guys!! did you just forgot me ?!! just like that ?!!! …..etc.

I faced the same issue, but i managed to resolve it with easy way.

The message says “confirm your account” it remembered me first time when I created this account when they sent me the confirmation email.

So, from my smartphone I did the following:

1- I opened the email that I used to setup my account with.

2- Searched for the first email that Instagram sent to verify my email. ( I searched for “Instagram” in the search bar and opened the most oldest email.)

3- Clicked on the link there.

4- It guided me to open the Instagram app.

5- Tried to sign in.

6- When I saw the error message that told me that my account deactivated, I clicked on LEARN MORE

7- By following the on screen instructions, It leaded me to the the appeal form.

8- When filled in the form, it proceeded normally.

9- I received an email told me to reply and attach my photo with the following conditions:

• Shows the code that they sent to me, written on a clean paper, along with my name and my username.
• Shows my hand to hold my paper and my entire face
• It has good lighting and is not very small, dark or blurry
• Has been saved and attached to my answer as a JPEG file. (It can be JPG)

10- I replied to them, and they replied to within 3 days with the positive news ! “ohh eeaaaahhhh”
